Refund Policy

Careareus Counseling and Wellness Center LLC (CCWC) will take any copay or full self pay fee at the beginning of session or after session completion. This will depend on the billing department.

Careareus Counseling and Wellness Center Does not offer refund for any session that has been started or completed. If you were dissatisfied with your services, then you have every right to discontinue your future sessions with CCWC. You can contact us and let us know that you want to discontinue. If you do not call, and you have not schedule another session or attended your next session that was previously scheduled, after a three week duration, then CCWC will assume that your voluntarily discontinued your enrollment in counseling.

We have a no show rate of $150.00 dollar for any session that was not reschedule and missed. You must cancel or reschedule your session 24 hours ahead of notice. 

For example, if your session was at 8am on Friday, then you would have the cancel or reschedule the session 8am or earlier on Thursday.
